What if I only have a sketch?

We can work with that! We pride ourselves on an ability to work with new and emerging designers, no matter where they are in the process.

What are your minimums?

Please call us for minimums! We always want to make sure whoever works with Wallace James is in a position to succeed—and on a budget that works for them.

Can I get a quote over the phone or online?

We don’t bite! We also don’t give quotes over the phone or online. It is imperative that we have tech packs, patterns, and a final production sample approved before we administer a production quote. We understand you might not have any of these things—that’s why we’re equipped to make them for you! Once we have those finalized, you’re good to go. 

What is your lead time?

That all depends on what the season is, what machines you need and what orders are currently in our schedule. What we can say for certain is this—once your deposit is received, you’ll be put in the schedule with a timetable that suits all parties.

Do you source fabric and notions?

Yes! Our studio accommodates a full sourcing library, with materials ranging from athleisure to outdoor apparel to luxury fabrics. If we don't have what you need on site, we can source from our wide network of trusted vendors. We're here to help!
